Eyebrow Transplantation

Eyebrow transplantation is the transplantation of hair follicles taken from the donor area to the eyebrowless area resulting from hair loss. Eyebrow loss usually occurs as a result of plucking eyebrows from the same area for a long time, ringworm and skin diseases, chemotherapy treatment and permanent make-up.

Eyebrow Transplantation with Fue Technique Eyebrow transplantation is the application that requires the most care and attention in hair follicle transplantation. Since eyebrows are one of the most characteristic parts of the human face, it is important to obtain a natural and realistic appearance in eyebrow transplantation operations. For this, the angles and directions of the transplanted grafts must be natural, and the eyebrow line must be carefully designed.

Stages of Eyebrow Transplantation Operation

Consultation: The area to be transplanted and the eyebrow design are decided at the examination stage.

Operation: Eyebrow transplantation operations performed with the FUE technique are performed under simple local anesthesia.

Hair follicles, which consist of thin hairs in the lowest part of the nape of the hair, are collected using the thinnest punches with the help of a micromotor. Since multiple grafts will spoil the naturalness, it is preferred that the hair follicles removed from the nape of the neck be single for eyebrow transplantation. The operation takes 2-3 hours.

Dressing: Dressing is done the day after the operation.

Result: The growth of the transplanted eyebrows is seen in the first three months, and all within 8-12 months.

Who Can Get Eyebrow Transplantation? Eyebrow transplantation is performed on people who have lost part or all of their eyebrows.
